Why Should I Seal my Driveway?

Like anything else, your driveway is worn down by everyday life. Whether it’s the sun, rain, snow, wind, or just the wear and tear that comes from everyday vehicle and foot traffic, the concrete and asphalt of your driveway will start to crack, chip, and erode. Driveway sealing refurbishes those cracks and holes, giving your driveway a fresh look that will keep it solid for years. Think of it as painting the walls of your house or getting standard car maintenance.

Can you Seal Coat in the Rain?

We use a water-based low odor nontoxic asphalt emulsion when seal coating. Given the materials water-based nature, we do not apply sealer if there's a chance of rain within 8 hours of a complete job. Applying when it rains soon after without the emulsion curing will wash all the fresh sealant off

Can you give me a remote estimate?

Absolutely! We can use satellite imagery to assess your driveway or parking lot. However, we may not be able to see all cracks in the driveway so any virtual estimate given is subject to change once we're on site.

Can you also pressure wash my sidewalk?

Sure thing! We'd be happy to give you a price to pressure wash your sidewalk.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

All we ask before we start your project is that any large items are removed from the driveway, excess dirt is shoveled away and any weeds are sprayed with weed killer. This will allow us to get started and finished faster. If you have any questions on what can stay on the driveway, just give us a call!

How long does your sealing last?

We're not like other companies that water their sealant down making you reapply every 3-6 months. We follow all manufacture recommendations so your driveway should last 2-5 seasons, depending on exposure, weather, and usage.

What if I have cracks in my driveway?

No problem! We seal most cracks using crack sealer that's used by highway road crews. If the crack is too large for us to fill, we can refer a quality asphalt company to assess your driveway.

Do you do evening or weekend estimates/work?

Absolutely! We work 7 days a week and will work from dawn to dusk to accommodate your schedule.

How soon can I drive on the driveway/parking lot?

The new seal coat is ready to be walked on a few hours after the jobs complete but please don't drive your vehicle on the driveway or parking lot for at least 24-48 hours. You don't want to ruin your fresh seal!

My friend/neighbor/cousin/ect need their driveway done. Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! Please contact us about our multi-driveway rates.

How long does it take for an estimate?

Estimates are usually very quick. Most are finished in under 10 minutes with as much time afterwards you need for questions.

I'm ready to schedule. How do I pay?

Wonderful! We only accept payment after the job is complete and you're 100% satisfied with our work. We take cash, check, and all major credit or debit cards.
