Crack Filling
Existing cracks are filled with hot-rubberized crack filler and tooled smooth. The filler is allowed to cure before the sealcoat is applied over the top. Crack filling is the single most important preparation step, it stops water from undermining the new surface from below.
Edge Detail Work
Edges along curbs, Belgium block, planting borders, and garage aprons are applied by hand brush. Machine equipment cannot control product placement at tight margins, hand application ensures clean lines.
Sealcoat Application
Commercial-grade Neyra Force sealer is applied using professional spray or squeegee equipment. The product is mixed to manufacturer specification, never diluted to reduce cost. Application is controlled for an even, consistent coat across the full driveway surface.
Cure Time
